Notice of Acceptance of Oath of Office
To all elected and appointed officials, judges, law enforcement officers, and agents of federal, state, and local governments:
As sovereign individuals, Founders of the United States, and members of the sacred Temple of Liberty, we formally and solemnly accept your Oath of Office. Your solemn declaration binds you to uphold the sacred principles of liberty, justice, and the Constitution, as established under Article VI, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution and divine natural law.
The liberties endowed to us by our Creator—life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness—are not privileges granted by government but are inalienable rights ordained by God. These rights are protected under the Fifth Amendment, Fourteenth Amendment, and other constitutional provisions, ensuring that no Citizen is deprived of their life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
By accepting your Oath, you are reminded that your authority comes from the consent of the governed and must always be exercised with integrity, fairness, and respect for the sacred rights of every individual. Your commitment is not ceremonial but a solemn duty to uphold both the laws of the land and the higher laws of God.
Constitutional Safeguards
As protectors of the public trust, you are bound by the following principles:
-
Habeas Corpus: No individual may be detained or imprisoned without just cause. This is a fundamental safeguard against the abuse of power.
-
Title 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985: You are personally accountable for any violations of constitutional rights committed under the color of law.
-
Due Process: All actions must be subject to judicial review before any penalty, sanction, or deprivation of rights is imposed.
-
Natural Law: As ordained by God, no legislation may infringe upon the inherent liberties and dignity of mankind.
As a public servant, your Oath obligates you to defend justice, uphold constitutional protections, and ensure that no abuse of power is allowed to persist. Failure to fulfill this Oath is not only a breach of public trust but an affront to divine law and the foundational principles of this nation.
We, the sovereign people, reserve the right to hold accountable any individual or institution that violates these principles. In accordance with the rule of law and the divine authority of natural law, we demand your unwavering adherence to the responsibilities entrusted to you.
"Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people." - Proverbs 14:34
