The principles, rights, and mandates set forth in the EDP are binding upon the Trust, its Trustees, Ministers, and Beneficiaries.

  • Rejection of presumptions, coercion, and breaches of trust.

The following property is secured and preserved under the perpetual and irrevocable protection of the Frontier Forever Sovereign Ecclesiastical Trust:

  • All writings, doctrines, and teachings authored by the Trustor, including the Ecclesiastical Deed Poll (EDP).
  • The domain and content of www.Tiller.Earth, the online temple and community platform.
  • All physical and digital assets necessary for spiritual and community initiatives.
  • Lands for spiritual, agricultural, and sustainable development projects, including future bamboo groves, orchards, and herbal gardens.
  • Vehicles, tools, and equipment essential for the Trust's operations.
  • Ceremonial objects, sacred texts, and baptismal records under ecclesiastical jurisdiction.
  • Private funds and donations maintained in non-commercial accounts.
  • Future property acquisitions aligned with the Trust’s mission.

Governance and Ministerial Duties

Ministers and Trustees are bound to uphold the principles of the EDP and administer the Trust in accordance with divine law, ensuring the following:

  • Provide spiritual guidance and administer sacraments, including baptisms, marriages, and ceremonies.
  • Protect the Trust’s property and rights from external encroachments.
  • Maintain transparency in Trust management and provide clear accounts to Beneficiaries.
